Product Condition Policy All items we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that in rare occasions an item’s manufacturer packaging may have been opened for the item to have been removed from the box for inspection, and thus, the original packaging seal may be broken, you will see a blue sticker with the wording, “QC PASSED” over the tape. This is normal and no cause for worry: the item is still new and unused.
Collecting Funds Credit card transactions will be authorized at the time of purchase for the full amount of the items ordered, as items are shipped funds for those items will be captured and re-authorization(s) will be made for any remaining item(s). PayPal transactions will be captured in full for all item(s) at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued for any item(s) removed from the order or any item(s) unable to be fulfilled. PayPal transactions using eCheck usually take 3 to 6 days for payment hold to be released, at which time we can continue to process/ship your order. newsportstennis.com understands that some of our customers might prefer to pay by check or money order. We ask that you download, print, and mail the form to the included address along with your payment. Only orders placed through our official form will be accepted. Please allow 2 to 2 1/2 weeks from the date your order is mailed for delivery.
